I have to thank Seaside Florida and a week of Spring Break for inspiring me during my little trip in March with my daughter to that exceptionally beautiful town by the sea. Much to my surprise we came across a gaggle of Airstream recreational vehicles and all were posing as little restaurants. Seaside is exceptionally walkable which is why the idea of restaurants that you simply walk up to the window and order what you want is especially appealing. Loved It! One had grilled cheese sandwiches, one had sunrise smoothies, one had cupcakes. My daughter and I are still arguing about whether there was a barbeque sandwich one, or not. However, the important part is that I was inspired.
Now several months later.. I am dreaming of an airstream... which is why I was so excited when my friend sent me an recent add for one and my sister spied one today down near Myrtle Beach.
OK will this may not be the perfect "Prince Charming" but a girl can dream, can't she?
So, for those of you who think I might have gone off my rocker. It could be my retirement
home... why not?
